Isabella has extensively developed her technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities through diverse project experience. She is proficient in industry-standard software including MUSIC, DRAINS, AutoCAD, and Civil3D, with excellent capabilities in sediment and erosion control, bulk earthworks, site levels and grading, stormwater drainage (including quality and quantity management), pavement design, and utility coordination.

Her expertise spans the complete project lifecycle, from Development Application through to construction and completion. Isabella works well alongside various consultants, councils, project managers, builders, and landscape architects to deliver successful outcomes that meet Australian and Industry Standards as well as specific council requirements and guidelines.

Isabella’s portfolio includes significant developments such as the $340 million Western Sydney University Bankstown Campus, featuring innovative stormwater design contributing to a 6-star Green Star Rating and capacity for 10,000 students. She has also delivered the $500 million Parkside Lifestyle Community Living facility in Blacktown, the $270 million Castle Hill Independent Living Units, and various public domain redevelopments and recreational facilities.
