Vennel is currently involved in major developments including the $1.7 billion Queen Victoria Markets Southern Development Site in Melbourne, featuring a 28-storey commercial office tower and 46-storey residential tower. He has successfully delivered fire protection design for the $800 million Melbourne Quarter Tower, a 34-storey office development adjacent to Southern Cross Station. His portfolio also includes ongoing work on Project Resilience for Moderna Pharmaceuticals, where he conducts construction administration and quality assurance for fire services installations.
