Chris is a Senior Civil & Water Engineer with 18 years of international experience in project coordination, design, construction, management, and site supervision across the Philippines, United Arab Emirates, Singapore, and Australia. He has managed several water pipeline, wastewater, and stormwater projects involving comprehensive design and implementation, with specialised expertise in utilities diversion within complex infrastructure upgrades spanning aviation, health, warehouse, and transport sectors.

Chris has played key roles in Australia’s largest infrastructure projects, including the $25 billion Sydney Metro West where he provided technical advisory services for Sydney Water asset interfaces, detailed design of trunk assets ranging from DN150 to DN2000, and specialist engineering assessments.
