Thilini is a focused and dedicated Civil & Water Engineer with nearly ten years of experience in civil engineering design and construction supervision across a diverse range of significant infrastructure projects.

Thilini excels in the design and delivery of complex infrastructure projects, from educational facilities and aerodromes to industrial developments and data centres. Her technical expertise spans pavement design, stormwater management, drainage infrastructure, bulk earthworks modelling, and water sensitive urban design. She is proficient in industry-standard software including DRAINS for stormwater catchment analysis and works in accordance with Australian Standards, Part 139 Aerodrome Manual of Standards, and various council requirements.
