WSce supported the engineering design for the construction of a luxury lifestyle development for 55+ residents.

Castle Hill RSL Club Independent Living Unit comprises a three-level basement car park, five Independent Living Apartment Buildings (436 units), and a Residential Aged Facility with 36 beds.

WSce provided the comprehensive design and documentation for civil, fire, and hydraulic services in support of the detailed design documentation. This included a range of hydraulic services such as sewer drainage, subsoil drainage, sanitary plumbing, domestic cold water service, rainwater reuse service, and domestic hot water service.

Fire services encompassed fire hose reel, fire hydrant, fire alarm, emergency warning and intercom system (EWIS), and fire extinguishers.
