SYD11 Data Centre

SYD11 is a 19MW data centre facility with access to Australia’s second-largest internet exchange.

The building balances the site’s constraints and consolidates a complex building program into a remarkably simple and straightforward proposition. Greenbox designed both the architecture and interior spaces for this project.

Combining dedicated office space for tenants with extensive common meeting and breakout areas, the interior scheme embraces a neutral black and white colour palette with highlights of blue and warm timbers aligned to Digital Realty’s brand

The WSce design outlined civil stormwater drainage works required, a water quality treatment system and the road/car park design. The rainwater captured on site will be reused for at least 80% of all flushing and irrigation requirements per council standards.
