Overview

The Western Harbour Tunnel and Warringah Freeway Upgrade is a significant transport infrastructure initiative designed to enhance the ease, speed, and safety of travel within Sydney. The Western Harbour Tunnel, which serves as a bypass to the Sydney CBD, will alleviate congestion on crucial routes like the Sydney Harbour Bridge, Sydney Harbour Tunnel, Anzac Bridge, and Western Distributor, thereby augmenting the transport capacity in the vicinity of Sydney Harbour.

Our role

WSce undertook the detailed design and Water Services Coordination (design & construct) for wastewater assets including heritage oviforms and potable water assets with sizes ranging up to DN375.

We played a leading role in the stakeholder engagement and interface management with Sydney Water, including undertaking specialist engineering assessment and facilitation design coordination works shops with Sydney Water.
