Located near Spring Valley Golf Club and essential services, Lexington Gardens offers modern retirement living with an array of facilities, including an on-site café, indoor lap pool, gym, bowling green, tennis/pickleball court, croquet court, workshop facilities, village bus, and more, 30km from Melbourne’s CBD.

Residents enjoy a range of services, including regular visits from hairdressers, barbers, and podiatrists, newspaper and chemist deliveries, and a 24-hour emergency call system.

Lexington Gardens retirement village located at Springvale underwent progressive expansion with four council approved multi-storey buildings.

Building A is the first building which WSce delivered the Fire and Hydraulic services design, including design and construction advice for a combined sprinkler and hydrant main infrastructure for the site master plan.

Our experience in negotiating with regulatory authorities was vital to the design with Regulation 129 negotiations with the local fire authority to integrate new and existing infrastructure for a positive outcome.

The fire and hydraulic documentation were delivered within a short time frame with on-site advice to assist the early works contractor to maintain technical compliance.
